This is a recent service we have added.
We were lucky enough to be contacted via Gumtree by Howell Builders.
They had a heap of brick work that needed cleaning up at Midland Gate shopping Centre... At the food court....Just in time for the grand opening after all the recent upgrades.

Really enjoyed working for you and can't wait to do it again.
This was quite a big job for the 2 of us... with a deadline. And We came through... no problems.
Last minute quote, Inductions for the Shopping Centre, Insurance to organise as we needed 20M worth (which we still have and will continue with), Products to purchase, a night job from 6pm till 2am. All done and dusted, well washed :)..... in 36 hours from Phone call to job completion.
No charges for Call outs or Quotes and at a very good rate that would be hard to beat with no after hours charges or anything like that added on top.
And we were very pleased with the result, more importantly....So were they :)
A complete Hydrochloric Acid Wash down to remove all the concrete mess. Came up fantastic :)
There was quite a lot to do.
Here is a before and after of the long wall with chairs. And yes..... Those walls are dry. This is hours after so not wet at all.
Not bad..... Actually.... EXCELLENT if we do say so ourselves.
And we do :)
Rather than adding all the before and afters like this I will just put examples of the afters as there are quite a few pictures to add...and I run this site by myself.
But I will Include all the before's and after's in a full image gallery at the end.
Anyone in the pics... Are not us. We were of course kitted out in full body safety gear with gloves and approved masks due to the use of the acid.
We have our own Job Risk Assessment documents, Quality Verification Sheets for our tasks, Safety Check documents for all of our equipment, MSDS, Tested and Tagged tools (As I am an Electrician, High Voltage Industrial...Not your average sparky. Not offering Electrical services just yet...Yet... But on my way to getting my EC licence so can chat about electrical when I have it) and basically anything that commercial or Industrial work would require. We are legit :)
And looking to grow... If given the opportunity so thanks again to the boys at Howell.

Not my box or brush by the way. The boys from Howell were under the pump with the deadline so lots of work going on around us, Which we had to coordinate due to the acid etc and I wasn't going to move their stuff for my pictures.
I'm basically walking you around the walls in order at the very end of our job. Again...all walls are completely dry.... This is exactly how it should look if you go to Midland Gate Food Court today... Unless they messed it up lol... But I doubt the boys would have... an excellent bunch we had the pleasure of meeting.
